We are looking for an experienced BIP (BI Publisher) Report Developer with strong expertise in PL/SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports using Oracle BI Publisher and writing efficient PL/SQL queries and procedures to support reporting needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop BI Publisher (BIP) reports based on business requirements. Write and optimize PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages to extract and manipulate data from Oracle databases. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Create data models and templates for BIP reports. Ensure reports are accurate, user-friendly, and delivered on time. Perform unit testing and troubleshoot issues with existing reports and data logic. Support performance tuning of PL/SQL queries and improve data processing efficiency. Document report designs, data sources, and logic for future maintenance. Required Skills: 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) report development. Strong expertise in PL/SQL development , including complex queries, procedures, functions, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS/Fusion data models (preferred). Experience with XML, XSL, and RTF templates used in BIP. Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and reporting tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Reporting tools (OTBI, BIP). Knowledge of Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, etc. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
