As an MTS4 Development Engineer at ThoughtSpot, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and deploying a cloud-native control plane and data plane across AWS, GCP, and Azure. Your responsibilities will include: - Architecting, developing, and evolving cloud infrastructure to support multi-cloud environments. - Leading the development of microservices-based infrastructure for hosting BI applications and internal workloads. - Implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Cloud Formation. - Developing monitoring, alerting, and tracing systems for high availability and operational efficiency. - Driving the architecture and implementation of multi-cloud disaster recovery frameworks. - Ensuring security and compliance best practices are followed in cloud infrastructure development. - Building customer-facing operations portals for enhanced visibility and management. Your skills and experience should include: - Deep experience in cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes and Docker. - Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation. - Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and automation in a multi-cloud environment. - Proficiency in programming languages like Go, Java, C++, Python, and experience with databases. - Strong knowledge of monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks for operational reliability. - Experience with distributed systems, Linux systems, cloud computing, and networking.
