As an Engineer in the Real Estate Industry, you should hold a B.E / M.E in Civil Structural Engineering and have accumulated 8-12 years of work experience. It is crucial that you have graduated from a reputable institute and possess skills in quality checking. Proficiency in tools such as Staad.Pro, Mat 3D / Foundation 3D is expected, with an additional advantage if you are knowledgeable in AutoCAD. Your role will involve managing the interface between inter-disciplines and demonstrating a good understanding of interpreting Geotechnical Reports. Familiarity with American, British, European & Indian design standards is important, along with experience in proposal estimation and adherence to standard guidelines of MTO/BOQ preparation. Your expertise should extend to the design and detailed engineering of various structures including Steel Structures, Pipe Rack / Pipe bridges, Equipment supporting structures, Operating platform structures, and Pipe Supports. You should also be adept at designing control buildings, substation buildings, and equipment/storage shelters, as well as civil structures like Shallow and deep / Pile foundations, Concrete steel structural analysis, and design. Furthermore, your responsibilities will include connection designs, reviewing fabrication drawings, and having knowledge of underground utility structures such as Culverts, Trenches, Pits. Familiarity with site grading drawings, road & paving layouts, drainage layouts, and Design basis document, MR for Topographical Survey & Geotechnical Investigations is essential for success in this role.,
