As an Associate Scientist at Syngene International Ltd., your primary focus will be on ensuring safety, compliance, and quality in all work activities within your responsibility area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and ensuring adherence to Environment, Occupational Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices for a safe work environment for yourself and your direct reports. - Upholding the highest standards of quality, integrity, and compliance in every work activity. - Completing assigned trainings in a timely manner, following the training procedure, and monitoring compliance for direct reports. - Participating in mandatory trainings related to data integrity, health, and safety measures. - Reporting nonconformities and deviations to supervisors and participating in the resolution process. - Preparing and reviewing various documents including TTDs, SOPs, PDRs, and Protocols. - Supporting the hiring process to bring in quality workforce and develop an engaged team. - Updating batch progress and participating in client discussions. - Implementing operating methods and procedures to improve manufacturing efficiency. - Ensuring compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). In addition to the role-specific responsibilities, your primary responsibilities will include: - Project Ownership: Accountable for successful project execution, meeting client expectations and regulatory standards. - Quality Assurance: Ensuring compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements to safeguard product quality and patient safety. - Team Leadership: Mentoring and guiding junior team members to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. - Performance Metrics: Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators related to process efficiency, project timelines, and quality metrics. - Client Satisfaction: Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and proactive problem-solving. - Compliance and Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology transfer and process scale-up. - Delivering high-quality statistical analysis and reports to support process optimization. - Developing and validating process maps and models in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
