The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing logistics-related queries, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, logistics partners, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Customer Support:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, providing prompt and professional support. - Address inquiries related to logistics services, delivery schedules, shipment tracking, and order status updates*. - Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction. Order & Logistics Management:- Monitor and manage order status, delivery timelines, and shipment documentation . - Coordinate with warehouses, transportation teams, and third-party logistics providers to ensure on-time deliveries. - Assist customers with the returns and exchange process, ensuring compliance with company policies. Communication & Coordination:- Keep customers informed about shipment details, potential delays, and any logistics-related issues. - Work closely with the logistics, sales, and operations teams to enhance service efficiency.
