D365 Applications Specialist/Consultant (Urgently Required) Job Type: Contractual (Onsite) Experience Required: 8+ Years Job location: Bangalore Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 Applications Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications across various business functions, including Finance, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, and more. You will work closely with business users and IT teams to ensure the optimal performance and alignment of D365 solutions with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: D365 Implementation s Customization: Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, ensuring they align with business requirements and processes. Customize modules and workflows to meet user needs, ensuring high-quality system performance. System Integration s Data Migration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise applications and legacy systems. Support data migration efforts, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data from legacy systems into D365. User Support s Training: Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver training sessions to internal teams on D365 features and best practices. Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. Business Process Analysis s Solution Design: Work with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify pain points, and propose D365-based solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity. Upgrade s Maintenance: Stay up-to-date with new features and updates in Dynamics 365. Coordinate system upgrades and ensure that the applications remain secure, optimized, and aligned with evolving business needs. Reporting s Analytics: Design and implement reporting solutions within D365 to support business decision-making. Utilize Power BI, Excel, or other tools to develop custom reports and dashboards. Collaboration: Collaborate with functional and technical teams (developers, business analysts, etc.) to ensure end-to-end solution delivery. Work with external vendors or partners as needed for specialized solutions or additional support. Skills s Qualifications: Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance C Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) and the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate). Customization s Configuration: Proficiency in customizing and configuring D365 applications, including creating workflows, business rules, and custom fields. Familiarity with D365 data entities and advanced customizations using X++ or JavaScript is a plus. Integration Knowledge: Understanding of integrating D365 with third-party applications using APIs, Azure services, and data integration tools. Project Management: Ability to manage and deliver D365 projects on time and within budget. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business processes across finance, sales, and operations, with the ability to translate these needs into technical solutions. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating discussions to understand business requirements and technical constraints. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Minimum of [X] years of experience in Dynamics 365 applications, ERP solutions, or similar roles. D365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, D365 Finance C Operations) are preferred. Experience with Azure, Power Platform, or related Microsoft technologies is a plus. Preferred Experience: Experience with D365 FCO (Finance C Operations) or D365 Sales. Background in process optimization, system integration, and data management. Previous experience working in an Agile environment.
