Experience Required: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Dynamics CRM Online Experience: Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience working with Dynamics CRM Online. Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM 365 is essential.
CTI Integration (Bucher Suter or similar tools): Advantageous experience integrating with CTI systems.
Omni Channel for Customer Service: Preferred experience with implementing and managing Omni Channel solutions within Dynamics CRM.
Azure DevOps CI/CD Deployment: Strong hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment using Azure DevOps.
Azure API Management: Experience with managing and deploying APIs in Azure.
Azure Application Insights: Familiarity with implementing and leveraging Azure Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics.
Power Automate: Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automation within the Dynamics CRM environment.
Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins: Proficiency in developing custom workflows and plugins for Dynamics CRM.
Third-Party Application Integration: Essential experience in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics CRM 365.
Power App Portal: Experience with Power App Portal is a plus.
Customer Service Workspace (app): Mandatory experience with Customer Service Workspace app.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
