Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical CRM Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, strong technical expertise, and a customer-facing approach. Primary Skills 410 years of experience in Technical CRM roles. Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) with multiple full-cycle implementations. Experience with CRM/XRM versions and D365 customization and configuration . Proficient in web technologies: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, SOAP, REST . Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform : PowerApps , Power Automate , Power Pages , Power Virtual Agents , Power BI . Experience in DevOps , GIT , Jira . Integration experience with third-party applications. Certified in Microsoft Dynamics 365 . Strong communication and analytical skills; customer-facing experience. Experience in agile delivery models and working under tight timelines. Secondary Skills Experience with on-premise/cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations. Familiarity with Office 365 , SharePoint APIs , and Dynamics 365 APIs . Experience with Microsoft Flow , Power BI report development . Exposure to marketing automation tools like: RESCO , Scribe , KingswaySoft , ClickDimensions .
