Job Description

Technical Skillset

  • C#, JavaScript, and potentially HTML, CSS.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE architecture, including customization, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Power BI is highly valuable.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server for data manipulation and management. Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., SSIS).
  • Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs for integration with other systems.
  • Familiarity with the Dynamics 365 SDK for developing custom solutions.
  • Expertise in developing and implementing custom plugins and workflows to automate business processes.
  • Ability to create and use JavaScript web resources to enhance the user interface.
  • Understanding of Dynamics 365 security roles, teams, and business units.

Functional Knowledge

  • Understanding of coreCRMconcepts and business processes related to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
  • Knowledge of implementing DynamicsCRMbest practices.

Problem-Solving and Communication

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide technical support.
  • Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.

Experience and Education

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Proven experience as a DynamicsCRMDeveloper (the level of experience will depend on whether you are hiring a junior, mid-level, or senior developer).
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.

  • Leading the

    design, development, and implementation

    of custom solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform.
  • Overseeing the

    customization of user interfaces

    , forms, views, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
  • Managing the development and maintenance of

    plugins, workflows, and custom workflow activities

    to automate critical processes.
  • Driving the

    integration of Dynamics 365

    with other enterprise systems and applications.
  • Supervising and coordinating

    data migration and data management

    initiatives.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to

    Dynamics 365 functionality

    , ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Ensuring high-quality

    technical documentation

    is created and maintained across allCRMdevelopment efforts.
  • Providing

    technicalleadership and support

    toCRMusers, including mentoring junior team members and coordinating user training.
