MS Dynamics CRM Architect - Bangalore Location

As part of our Enterprise Systems team, were looking for an experienced CRM Architect with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the design, development, and optimization of our customer relationship management solutions. In this role, you'll drive the technical strategy for CRM implementations, ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with other enterprise systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to align CRM architecture with organizational goals, enhance customer engagement, and support our digital transformation journey.

Responsibilities:

Design CRM system architectures aligned with business objectives.

Lead technical discussions, analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Developing and customizing CRM solutions (backend/frontend/code)

Ensure CRM system scalability, security, and compliance with standards.

Conduct assessments of existing CRM systems and identify improvement areas.

Document CRM architecture designs and create technical specifications.

Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts, developers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in CRM architecture & managing CRM solutions on an Enterprise Level

Strong knowledge of CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics365). Experience in cloud CRM environments (Azure, Power Platform, Fabric

Experience with Power BI for data modeling and CRM-related reporting.

Experience with integration methodologies and tools (APIs, middleware, ETL).

Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in CRM development.

Experience translating technical information in to easy-to-understand business concepts.

CRM-related certifications (e.g.Microsoft Dynamics certifications) preferred.Role & responsibilities
