MS Dynamics 365 F&O Techno-Functional Consultant

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules such as Finance, SCM, etc. This includes gathering business requirements, creating functional specs, and translating them into technical solutions. You will develop customizations using X++, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations via OData/Web Services. Additionally, you will perform data migration, user training, UAT, and post-go-live support while collaborating with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules (Finance, SCM, etc.). - Gather business requirements, create functional specs, and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop customizations using X++, workflows, Power Platform, and integrations via OData/Web Services. - Perform data migration, user training, UAT, and post-go-live support. - Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Qualification Required: - Experience working with Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Accounting modules. - Proficiency in requirement gathering, GAP-FIT analysis, UAT, and training. - Strong skills in Business Process Mapping and Documentation. - Technical expertise in X++, D365 F&O extensions, customizations. - Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI), Data Entities, OData, REST APIs, LCS, Azure DevOps, SSRS, Data Management Framework (DMF), and SQL Server. - Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications, experience in global rollouts or multi-legal entity environments, and excellent communication & client-facing skills.
