We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in D365 Finance & Operations implementations, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to bridge the gap between client requirements and technical delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Finance and Operations modules.
• Configure and customize D365 F&O modules (Finance, SCM, Procurement, Inventory, etc.).
• Facilitate client workshops, gap-fit analysis, and functional design documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of solutions.
• Participate in data migration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with clients based in the US, Europe, and the Middle East for project delivery.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or AX 2012.
• Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in full-cycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to interact directly with clients and handle requirements independently.
• Microsoft certification in Dynamics 365 F&O (preferred but not mandatory).
• 5 days working.
