Build up technical subject matter expertise on the applications/platforms being supported including business flows, the application architecture and the hardware configuration. Role Summary We are seeking an IT Systems Analyst with strong exposure to banking and payments systems. Key Responsibilities Technical Documentation : Create and maintain technical specification documents to reflect system design and functionality. Testing & Defect Management : Support SIT and UAT test plans, manage defects and change requests, and prioritize fixes with Project Managers and Business Analysts.
