MoveIT Admin

As a MoveIT Admin, your role involves upgrading, installing, and maintaining MOVEit version, as well as managing Application Architecture details, servers, services, and respective ports. You will also be responsible for DR activities and certificate application/binding. Additionally, your key responsibilities include: - Performing periodic configuration backups with defined retention periods - Handling documentation tasks effectively - Managing access by creating, updating, or deleting SA accounts and saving credentials to CyberArk - Maintaining SA account data in object track - Updating contact details in Objectrack and sharing information with Internal & External stakeholders - Managing external user credentials and providing necessary access - Providing SA account credentials stored in CyberArk - Granting permissions to Rolegroups in MoveIT central - Troubleshooting SA account issues and updating passwords - Modifying PGP Keys for encryption & decryption purposes - Enforcing periodic PGP key backup policies - Adding permissions for member groups - Creating MOVEit folders and assigning permissions in DMZ for external & internal users - Configuring tasks such as password modifications, path alterations, scheduling, script modifications, file management, and adding timestamps - Planning and creating MoveIT tasks while engaging with relevant stakeholders - Establishing hosts in MOVEit for internal and external use in MoveIt DMZ In addition, please note that MoveIT admin duties may involve other tasks related to administration and management of the MOVEit platform.,
