With 8+ years of experience, the ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Virtualization (VMware + Nutanix), Windows Administration, Windows cluster/services, and Storage concepts. Technical experience in Installation and Upgradation of ESXi/AHV servers, troubleshooting ESXi/AHV servers using Command Line is essential. Proficiency in VMware, VMware Consolidated Backup, Update Manager, LCM, VMware ESXi/Nutanix AHV Patch management, and Troubleshooting is required. Experience in managing/troubleshooting Cisco UCS, Dell MX 7000, good knowledge of DR activity, replication concepts, and working closely with various skill levels for project and productivity requirements is expected. Providing technical support in Window/VMware/Azure, troubleshooting system and connectivity errors, reviewing error logs, managing user/admin access, monitoring/troubleshooting system performance, server architecture security, and creating backups are key responsibilities. Additionally, the candidate should have experience in DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, Business continuity mechanisms, SLA management, firmware upgradation, UCSM/UCS-X/DELLMX 7000/HP, AWS/Azure Infra Management, cloud-based backup/Druva mechanisms, Service Now (SNOW) Tool, Windows infrastructure configuration, maintenance, optimization, and documentation. Capabilities in handling P1 issues, coordinating with OEM/Vendor, IT security principles, ITIL, and readiness to work in U.S hours shift are also required.
