Moulding supervisor

As a Moulding Supervisor, your role is to supervise and lead a team of moulding machine operators and technicians to ensure production targets are met consistently in terms of quality, quantity, and on-time delivery. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and optimizing moulding processes for efficiency and quality - Troubleshooting moulding machine issues and coordinating maintenance as needed - Setting up moulding machines and adjusting parameters to maintain product quality - Overseeing the installation and removal of moulds and dies - Ensuring that moulded parts conform to product specifications and quality standards - Enforcing health and safety regulations in the moulding department - Maintaining accurate production and downtime records - Training new employees and providing ongoing training for existing staff - Working closely with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Engineering teams - Participating in continuous improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen - Ensuring proper storage and handling of moulds, tools, and raw materials The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a quality-related role. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the designated location.
