Description

We are seeking a skilled Motor Winding technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in winding and rewinding electric motors, troubleshooting electrical issues, and ensuring high-quality work standards.

Job Location: Romania

Responsibilities

Perform motor winding and rewinding tasks with precision and attention to detail.
Diagnose and repair electrical motors and related equipment.
Test and measure winding resistance, insulation resistance, and other electrical parameters.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot electrical issues and improve processes.

Skills and Qualifications

3-8 years of experience in motor winding or a related field.
Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of various types of motors and their winding techniques.
Experience with insulation materials and winding tools.
Ability to perform electrical testing and diagnostics using appropriate instruments.
Familiarity with safety standards and practices in electrical work.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
