Description We are seeking an experienced HT/LT Winder to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in winding operations and be responsible for setting up and operating winding machines, ensuring high-quality production. Responsibilities Set up and operate HT/LT winding machines according to specifications. Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality production. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of winding machines. Inspect finished products for quality control and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines. Skills and Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in winding operations or similar roles. Proficient in operating HT/LT winding machines. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of electrical and electronic components related to winding. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
