* Coordinate with underwriting, operations & claims
* Update CRM, manage escalations, hit retention targets

* Have 13 years in motor renewals / retention / insurance
* Are strong in communication (Hindi & English) & negotiation
* Have experience with CRM / policy systems / MS Office
* Are detail-oriented, proactive, customer?centric
