We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Video Editor to join our creative team.

The Opportunity: Motion Video Editor (Full-Time/On-Site)

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Motion Video Editor to bring our brand stories and marketing campaigns to life through engaging video content. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for crafting visually stunning motion graphics and video edits.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring commitment to working from our office.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, high-quality videos for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and advertising campaigns.
• Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects to enhance video content and brand messaging.
• Work closely with the creative team (designers, copywriters, and strategists) to concept, storyboard, and execute video projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Color correct, sound edit, and mix audio to ensure all final videos are technically excellent and meet broadcast/digital standards.
• Manage and maintain video assets, project files, and the internal video library.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing software, motion graphic trends, and techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphic design, preferably within an agency environment.
• Creative Skills: Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
• Portfolio: A compelling portfolio or demo reel showcasing strong video editing and motion graphics capabilities is mandatory.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts effectively.
• Work Ethic: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
