They also assist brands in creating engaging content that connects with their audience and builds a community through various creative initiatives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Motion Graphics Video Editor at The BOSS Hub. The Video Editor will be responsible for tasks such as video production, video editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphics creation on a day-to-day basis. The role will involve creating visually engaging content for various projects and initiatives.

• Motion Graphics and Graphics creation abilities
• Experience in Video Color Grading
• Proficiency in video editing software
• Strong creative and artistic skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience working in a creative production environment

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into compelling short-form and long-form content (Reels, YouTube, client videos, internal campaigns)
• Work closely with content creators, scriptwriters, and graphic designers to bring ideas to life
• Add music, graphics, effects, transitions, and captions as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of edits with multiple feedback rounds
• Maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Manage and organize media assets efficiently
• Stay updated on trends, editing styles, and platform specs

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video editing (Please share a portfolio of previous work)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus!)
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and transitions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Must have your own system that can handle HD/4K footage editing
• Bonus: Experience with color correction, sound mixing, or motion graphics
