Motion Graphics Designer

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor based in West Delhi, Janakpuri, you will play a pivotal role in developing visual ideas and designs to effectively communicate messages that captivate and inform audiences. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with clients to grasp their requirements, crafting visual concepts and designs as per their specifications, and refining designs based on feedback received. You will be tasked with planning concepts by thoroughly researching and analyzing pertinent information and materials. Additionally, you will bring these concepts to life by creating art arrangements, determining size, typeface, and style, and presenting them for approval. Operating essential equipment and software to produce final art, coordinating with external agencies, web designers, marketers, and printers, and supporting team efforts by completing tasks as necessary are also key aspects of your role. Moreover, effective communication with clients regarding layout and design preferences, generating a diverse array of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites using tools like Photoshop, and reviewing final designs to offer enhancements when warranted will be part of your routine. Your ability to provide and receive constructive criticism, manage time efficiently to meet deadlines, and possess a keen eye for visual composition will be critical for success in this position. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree, have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a graphic design capacity, and exhibit proficiency in graphic design or a related field. A robust portfolio showcasing your graphic design skills, expertise with desktop publishing tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and other relevant software, as well as a comprehensive understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, and multimedia design will be required. Experience with computer-aided design and a strong penchant for creativity are highly desirable traits. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
