As a Motion Graphics Designer at Cocoma Digital Pvt. Ltd. based in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing and engaging motion graphics for various platforms such as YouTube videos, shorts, reels, and branded social content. Collaborating with a team of creative designers, strategists, and video editors, you will be responsible for enhancing viewer retention through animation, supers, kinetic typography, and transitions. Your keen eye for detail and understanding of western motion-design trends in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle content will be instrumental in ensuring that every motion element adds impact, style, and clarity to the content produced at Cocoma Studios. Your typical day will involve reviewing previous animations and content performance, staying updated on visual trends across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms, brainstorming and storyboarding new motion concepts, collaborating with team members to seamlessly integrate motion graphics into projects, and animating various elements to elevate visual storytelling. Your proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop will be essential in creating custom animation presets, preparing animation assets, and bringing concepts to life. To excel in this role, you must have a degree in animation, design, or a related field, along with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work. Experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or entertainment content is a plus. Additionally, you should possess a solid understanding of motion principles, pacing, transitions, and on-brand visual communication.
