As a Motion Graphic Designer at Cocoma Digital Pvt. Ltd., located in Mumbai, Andheri West, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating animations for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Shorts, and brand campaigns. With a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven portfolio in motion design, you will collaborate with editors, graphic designers, and content leads to elevate client channels through visually engaging motion graphics. Your responsibilities will include conceptualizing, designing, and animating various motion graphics such as trailers, intros/outros, lower thirds, and social media snippets. You will also be tasked with creating platform-native assets tailored for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Threads, and other platforms. It is essential to translate client briefs into compelling visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and goals while working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in storytelling, pacing, and visual style. To excel in this role, you should bring expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the Adobe Creative Suite. A strong understanding of animation principles, kinetic typography, and visual design aesthetics is required. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback efficiently is crucial. Moreover, staying updated on animation trends, typography, transitions, and emerging tools will be essential to share best practices with the team. As a successful candidate, you will thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-rich environment and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with designers, editors, and clients. Any familiarity with AI-based motion tools or basic 3D/CGI will be considered a bonus.
