Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals, animations, and video content. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling design assets for digital and multimedia platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, videos, and visual storytelling assets.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage with transitions, effects, sound, typography, and colour grading. - Develop visual concepts, storyboards, style frames, and design directions. - Design visuals including illustrations, layouts, posters, campaign creatives, and brand collaterals. - Work closely with UI/UX and creative teams to support interface designs and visual flows. - Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all design outputs. - Research trends, explore new creative techniques, and adopt emerging tools.

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on expertise in: Adobe After effects, Premier Pro, illustrator, Photoshop - Experience with motion design, animation, video editing, and visual storytelling is essential. - Exposure to UI/UX design and understanding of user-centred visual thinking. - Ability to translate creative direction and briefs into polished visual output. - Sharp eye for detail, aesthetics, colour, composition, and typography. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

AI Creative Tool Proficiency (Preferred / Nice to Have):

- RunwayML - Veo 3 - ElevenLabs - Sora / HeyGen - Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows is a strong plus.
