Roles & Responsibilities

Design logos, banners, marketing collaterals, social media creatives, and website assets.
Contribute to UI/UX design for web and mobile products.
Create animations and motion graphics for product demos, presentations, and campaigns.
Translate briefs and requirements into engaging, high-quality visual outputs.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, tech) to ensure brand consistency.
Work independently while being a proactive team player.

Must-Have Skills

Figma (mandatory) hands-on expertise in creating modern UI/UX designs.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
Basic understanding of motion graphics/animation tools (preferred).
Creative problem-solving with strong visualization skills.
Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
