Motion Graphic Designer

Job Description:

As a Motion Graphics Designer at Milestone, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning and engaging content that brings our brand/client's brand to life. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design and produce captivating motion graphics, animations, and video edits that align with our brand's vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Motion Graphics Design: Conceptualize, design, and animate captivating motion graphics and visual effects for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content to ensure a cohesive and engaging viewer experience. This includes cutting, trimming, adding transitions, text overlays, and audio adjustments.

Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and visual concepts for projects, ensuring they align with the brand's message and objectives.

Asset Creation: Create or source graphic elements, illustrations and animations to be used in motion graphics projects.

Quality Control: Ensure the highest quality of motion graphics and video content, adhering to brand guidelines and industry standards.

Deadline Management: Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, videographers, and marketers, to ensure cohesive and effective content creation.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in motion graphics design and video editing.

Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Illustrator.

Strong understanding of video production processes, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

Creative and artistic with a keen eye for design and animation.

Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and video editing work.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field is a plus but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

• Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
