Key Responsibilities:

• Develop motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various platforms
• Edit videos with attention to transitions, color correction, audio syncing, etc.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams for campaign visuals
• Capture and edit event photos and videos
• Design both static and animated creatives like posters, banners, and brochures
• Maintain and organize digital media files and libraries
• Ensure on-time project delivery and content consistency
• Stay updated on industry trends and motion design practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in motion design or video editing
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of sound editing and mixing
• Experience with post-production workflows including color grading
• Familiarity with DSLR/mirrorless camera usage for photos and videos
• Strong creative sense in design, layout, typography, and color
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Good communication skills and team collaboration
