What are we looking for?

• 2 - 4 years of working experience in the advertising industry
• Working experience on social media campaigns, Digital campaigns for Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and YouTube,Print Media , Logo design and Branding, etc
• Knowledge of how digital full-funnel marketing works
• Ability to decipher business requirements and the intent of that particular requirement
• Should be able to work on conceptual campaigns from scratch to the final output
• Need to be updated with the latest design trends (Integrated campaigns, advertising ideas, typography, use of colors , Ai Tools)
• Should have an eye for details (We don’t like rushing things for the sake of completion)
• Should be able to adhere to timelines which are committed and be self-disciplined
• Time management and prioritization of work are a must
• Should be open to taking sessions on topics that are your forte and educate other designers
• Should be able to communicate with internal teams and be on client calls to understand their requirements
• Present design ideas to the client
• Education from an art school preferred (BFA, BDes, etc)

Software Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Google Slides, Sheets and Doc

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
