Motion Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer cum Editor to become a valuable member of our team. Your primary responsibility will involve capturing top-notch video content and overseeing the entire post-production process. Your role will encompass everything from filming captivating footage to producing engaging edits, contributing significantly to the visualization of our brand narratives, campaigns, and digital content. Key Responsibilities: - Design, shoot, and edit video content tailored for social media, marketing initiatives, events, interviews, tutorials, and various other platforms - Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing departments to grasp project objectives and bring concepts to fruition - Utilize a range of video equipment, including cameras, lighting setups, and audio devices - Ensure that all recorded footage is aesthetically pleasing, consistent with the brand's identity, and in line with the creative vision - Take charge of post-production tasks like trimming, color correction, sound mixing, incorporating motion graphics, and applying visual effects - Systematically organize and manage video archives and content repositories - Keep abreast of the latest video trends, editing methodologies, and software tools - Uphold high production standards while meeting stringent project deadlines Requirements: - Demonstrated expertise as a videographer and video editor (portfolio showcasing previous work is mandatory) - Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc. - Keen eye for visual storytelling, composition, and attention to detail - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment - Exceptional time management and organizational abilities - Familiarity with social media platforms and their specific content requirements (YouTube, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, etc.) - Readiness to travel and conduct on-site filming, as needed Bonus Skills (Nice to Have): - Background in motion graphics and animation - Basic photography proficiency - Understanding of livestream production processes - Possession of drone operation certification or relevant experience This is a Full-time position that requires working on-site.,
