Motion Common Data Product Service Manager

Your role as a Motion Common Data Product Service Manager involves supporting common Data and Analytics services for Motion and other Business Areas using Snowflake as the primary platform. The Snowflake platform aims to provide a flexible and cost-efficient architecture to offer better insight into business performance by providing trusted, secure, and actionable data to employees. As the Motion Common Data Product Service Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the framework to deliver services in scope, on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, Governance Boards, and Application Owners to provide global transactional and reporting services for operations and quality management. Key Responsibilities: - Establish inputs for service attributes and take ownership of service management - Act as the escalation point for Major Incidents - Attend service review meetings and facilitate service management - Collaborate with Continuous Service Improvement teams to enhance services - Participate in SLA and OLA creation meetings - Develop and implement service delivery strategies and plans - Manage relationships with key suppliers and ensure actions are aligned with priorities - Ensure compliance with Corporate IS and ABB Regulations and Guidelines - Manage service financials based on received budget and ABB regulations Qualifications for the Role: - Masters degree in Information Management, Computer Systems, Business Engineering, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Analytics - Proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Knowledge of ITIL processes, Scrum Framework, and MS Stack - Ability to translate business requirements into technical IS solutions - Strong project planning and execution skills - Experience in managing internal and external senior stakeholders Join us in harnessing the power of information technology to deliver valuable and competitive IS services for ABB.
