Role Summary

The Mother Teacher will handle all-round development of children in the primary section (Nursery to Grade II), teaching core subjects and ensuring their academic, emotional, and social growth in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Teach all main subjects (English, Math, EVS, etc.) using creative, activity-based methods.
Create a safe, happy classroom where every child feels supported.
Observe and guide students emotional and social development.
Communicate regularly with parents and provide progress updates.
Maintain attendance, reports, and classroom displays.
Participate in school functions, assemblies, and celebrations.

Qualifications

Graduate with
B.Ed / D.El.Ed / NTT
certification.
25 years of teaching experience preferred.
Excellent English communication and child-handling skills.
Energetic, patient, and empathetic personality.
