Mother Teacher (Daycare)

As a Mother Teacher at our school in Pune, you will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children. Your responsibilities will include: - Acting as the primary contact and caregiver for a specific class (Nursery, LKG, or UKG). - Fostering a supportive classroom environment that promotes emotional and academic development. - Planning and delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the school's curriculum. - Observing and assessing each child's development, providing regular feedback to parents. - Creating a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the classroom. - Maintaining discipline and hygiene in the classroom. - Collaborating with co-teachers and school staff for events, activities, and curriculum planning. To qualify for this role, you must have: - Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or early childhood education. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Strong interpersonal and nurturing abilities. - Graduation in any discipline (Diploma or certification in Early Childhood Education or Montessori training preferred). - A passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic growth. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this position include: - Creative teaching techniques and experience with activity-based learning. - Patience, empathy, and a child-friendly approach. - Basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools for classroom planning and reporting.
