Who We're Looking For
We are inviting passionate and committed women educators to join our dynamic team. If you have preschool teaching experience, strong communication skills, and a desire to deepen your practice through Montessori training, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide children aged 3–6 using the Montessori approach in a structured yet nurturing environment
• Present lessons clearly to individuals and small groups based on each child’s readiness
• Observe and support the emotional, cognitive, and physical development of every child
• Maintain accurate records of each child’s learning and developmental progress
• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Communicate respectfully and openly with parents, colleagues, and school leadership
• Represent the school’s vision and values with professionalism and care
• Participate in training, school events, and parent-teacher interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Minimum one year of experience in preschool or early childhood education
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic about working with young children
• Open to learning and committed to ongoing professional development
• Reliable, organized, and collaborative
• Montessori certification (AMI / IMTC / Equivalent) preferred, or willingness to complete training
