We are looking for a passionate, responsible, and caring individual to join our team . The role involves creating a joyful and engaging learning environment for young children. Responsibilities: Conduct age-appropriate learning sessions through play, storytelling, art & craft, and activities. Maintain discipline, hygiene, and safety of children. Support children in daily routines like snack time, playtime, and group activities. Prepare teaching materials and participate in school events. Communicate regularly with parents and staff members. Requirements: Good communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali. Patience, creativity, and love for working with children. Prior preschool or daycare experience preferred (freshers may also apply).
