Job Role :

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the Montessori philosophy and possess compassion, patience, and a strong will to bond with and effectively educate children with special needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and B.Ed (Special Education)
• Have a keen interest in working with children with special needs (freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Empathetic, compassionate, and eager to help others — open-minded, willing to learn, and adaptable to any team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field (education background preferred).
• Looking for candidates who are willing to commit for a longer duration.
