Job Role :

The ideal candidate should be willing to learn the Montessori philosophy and possess compassion, patience, and a strong will to bond with and effectively educate children with special needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• A keen interest to work with special children preferrably freshers.
• Empathetic and compassionate and an interest in helping others.
• A open mind and wiilingness to learn
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any stream.
• Willingness to commit for a minimum of 3 years.

• Diploma/Bachelor's in Special Education.
• No prior teaching experience required – comprehensive Montessori and Special Education training provided.

• Patience, empathy, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
