Montessori Assistant Educator

We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Assistant Montessori Teacher to join our team and support the holistic development of students.

Responsibilities:

• Implement the Montessori curriculum.
• Prepare and maintain classroom materials and environment.
• Work closely with the other staff members to ensure the smooth operation of the classroom.
• Observe and support students’ individual learning needs.
• Foster independence, discipline, and curiosity in children.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with parents when needed.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Montessori education (preferred)/ freshers can apply training provided
• Previous experience in a Montessori environment (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
