Money Coach

As a Money Coach at LXME, you will play a crucial role in empowering women to make confident money decisions by simplifying finance and building trust. Your responsibilities will include: - Hosting and leading interactive sessions, webinars, and bootcamps tailored for women on personal finance, investing, and wealth creation. - Engaging communities and partners through financial literacy workshops, institutional tie-ups, and on-ground events. - Guiding users on goal-based investing and portfolio creation to help them make informed wealth management decisions. - Driving community engagement and content creation through blogs, webinars, and reels. - Creating financial plans and suggesting products based on client goals. - Managing HNI Desk to drive AUM from HNI clients and wealth management services. - Training internal teams on investment products and financial wellness. - Mentoring younger coaches or learners within LXME's ecosystem to strengthen the education-first approach to wealth. Success in this role will be measured by the scale of bootcamps and participation, portfolio retention, AUM growth, community engagement, content reach, internal training success, and NPS from Money Coach and HNI experiences. You will be recognized as a trusted wealth coach and voice of credibility in women's finance. To excel in this role, you should be a finance professional with a deep understanding of personal finance, investments, and wealth management. You should also be a natural educator and communicator, passionate about building financial literacy for women, and comfortable in a high-growth, mission-driven startup environment. Qualifications & Experience: - 8+ years in BFSI/fintech/wealth management/financial education. - NISM Series V-A, CFP, CFA Level 1+ preferred. - Proven experience in financial advisory, investor awareness, or education programs. - Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. - Experience in designing or hosting learning sessions (online/offline).
