Molecular Pathology Lab Manager

As a Molecular Pathology Lab Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a state-of-the-art high-throughput tissue diagnostics lab. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the daily operations of the lab, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of diagnostic products, and managing the manufacturing and quality control of histopathology, IHC, ISH, and FISH products. You will be instrumental in driving regulatory compliance and quality assurance measures while implementing high-throughput workflows and lab automation systems. In this role, you will also play a key part in mentoring and managing technical staff and scientists, collaborating with R&D and clinical teams to deploy new assays, and upholding and enhancing lab accreditation standards such as NABL, CAP, CLIA, ISO13483, and US FDA. Your expertise in high-throughput molecular pathology and tissue diagnostics, combined with a Master's or Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Pathology, Life Sciences, or related field, will be invaluable. The ideal candidate will bring 8-10 years of experience in high-throughput molecular pathology and tissue diagnostics, with a deep understanding of tumor biology, diagnostic technologies, and compliance requirements. Proven leadership skills in scaling high-performing lab teams, familiarity with regulatory standards, lab automation systems, and a track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments are essential for this leadership role in precision oncology at our India-based facility.
