Module Maintenance (Equipment Engineer)

Fixed Term Employment (3-year contract under the company)

About the Role:

Company is hiring

Equipment Engineers

for its world-class

Photovoltaic (PV) Manufacturing Unit

in Jamnagar. This is a

3-year fixed-term contract

role under direct company payroll. You will be responsible for equipment maintenance, process stability, and driving technical excellence on the shopfloor.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure equipment uptime and quick resolution of breakdowns.
Daily shift coordination, downtime reporting, and issue escalation.
Implement 5S and safety standards across the unit.
Mentor off-roll team members and conduct hands-on OJT.
Drive continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics).
27 years of experience in Equipment Maintenance.
Preferred background in solar, semiconductor, or high-automation industries.
Strong skills in troubleshooting, PLCs, vacuum systems & electropneumatics.
Good communication, team leadership, and a proactive mindset.
Flexible to work in shifts and relocate to Jamnagar.
