Module Lead

The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 6+ years of experience in the IT industry with a qualification of BE/B.Tech, M.SC, MCA. As a highly motivated individual contributor, you will be responsible for requirement analysis, scope finalization, designing architecture, and development approach. Your role will also include technical design, architecture documentation, and code reviews. You will be the subject matter expert for development and architecture-related queries and will coordinate with QA, BA, and customer teams for query resolutions and requirement clarifications. Key Skills Required: - Minimum of 5 years of IT experience predominantly focused on Microsoft products and development platforms. - Experience leading at least two large-scale projects as a .NET Lead. - 2+ years of experience in a lead role. - Proven track record of handling development from requirement gathering to implementation and support. - Managing delivery and leading teams through all stages of development. - Exposure to deployment, maintenance, and support. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Excellent communication skills.
