Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Developer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in backend and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, Node.js, Django, and database technologies, along with exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS). You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and backend services.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain robust backend services using Python, Node.js, and Django.
Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
Integrate and enhance LMS platforms to support learning workflows and user engagement.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in full-stack or backend development roles.
Strong understanding of web technologies including REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to LMS platforms such as Moodle, Canvas, or custom-built systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
