Modular Kitchen Site Supervisor

You will be responsible for both creative design and on-site execution as a Modular Kitchen Cum Site Supervisor at Built-In Modular (OPC) Private Limited. This role requires a combination of interior design tasks and active site supervision to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of designs on the ground. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with clients and internal design team to develop concepts and layouts. - Prepare detailed drawings, mood boards, and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. - Select materials, finishes, and furnishings aligned with the design and budget. - Make site visits to measure and assess feasibility of design ideas. - Coordinate with vendors, carpenters, electricians, painters, and other contractors on-site. - Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines. - Resolve site-level design or technical issues quickly and effectively. - Report to the project manager or design head with daily updates and status reports. **Qualifications Required:** - Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or related field. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and site measurement tools. - Strong understanding of interior materials and execution processes. - Good communication and team coordination skills. - Willingness to travel to different sites within Jaipur.
