Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modular Furniture Sales Representative located in Raipur. The role requires engaging with customers to understand their furniture needs, providing tailored solutions, and promoting Makemyspace's products. Day-to-day tasks include retail sales, handling customer inquiries, offering exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with the design and sales teams to present modular furniture that aligns with clients’ preferences and requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide a high level of satisfaction
• Experience in Retail Sales and Furniture Sales to boost product awareness and achieve sales targets
• Ability to understand customer preferences and provide solutions aligned with their needs
• Proficiency in building relationships and fostering positive experiences with clients
• Prior experience or knowledge in interior design or modular furniture industry is a plus
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in sales or design is desirable
