Mocktail Maker

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team at a new beverage stall. Core Responsibilities Mocktail Crafting: Prepare all mocktails quickly and accurately, strictly following established recipes for consistent taste and quality within a particular time frame. Preparation & Hygiene: Conduct daily prep work, including washing and slicing all fresh garnishes (e.g., lemons, mint, fruits). Maintain the stall and equipment in a spotless and sanitary condition. Counter Support: Assist the owner in managing counter tasks, including greeting customers, assisting with order preparation, and ensuring smooth transaction flow. Inventory: Monitor and manage the stock of all ingredients, syrups, ice, and disposables to ensure continuous operation. Schedule & Requirements Work Timing: Primarily an evening shift, 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM (6 hours). Note that these hours may vary based on business needs and peak demand. Experience: Prior experience is not demanded. The person must be capable of quickly learning to make the mocktails efficiently. Attributes: Must be honest, punctual, comfortable standing for extended periods, and able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
