Mobilization Head - JD
1. Knowledge about the different skill development initiatives and candidate2. Establish network of institutes, organisations and individuals to enroll students for theoffered courses.3. To strengthenmobilization process by helping recruitment and selection ofmobilisers at various centers through grass root research and local connects4. Prepare mobilization plan and ensure timely execution in-line with operation of thecenter5. Ensure mobilisation targets are met in given timeline6. Monitor design of mobilization collaterals- leaflets, banners, PPT as per the schemeguidelines7. Ensure effective use of social media for advertising of courses8. Capacity building of theMobilization team from time to time9. New initiatives for finding ways for Massmobilization.10. Coordination with the Project Managers at different levels for building up strongmobilization team11. Close follow up of lead conversions and daily reporting of mobilisers with progress ofproject and conduct self-analysis of performance.12. Networking with identified prospective candidates/partners on regular basis throughemail, phone and meetings.13. Network within with local government and panchayat people14. Develop database by extracting same from different sources. Ensure regular connectwith team and be a bridge between operations team and management15. Ensure that existing partners deliver on commitments as per MOUs/agreements.16. Handle disputes if any within team and resolve them to the satisfaction of theorganization17. Monitor teams to ensurea. Documentation of admission processb. Monitor follow up with the students till they enroll for the coursec. Plan the agenda of parents and teachers meeting to delegate the program tothemd. Analyse drop out with operations and be instrumental in follow up with thedrop oute. To go in the communities and establish network of individuals andorganisation
