Mobile Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair smartphones (Android & iPhone)
• Fix hardware issues:
• Screen replacement
• Battery replacement
• Charging port, speaker, mic issues
• Camera, power button, volume button repair
• Handle software issues:
• OS installation & update
• Phone hanging, dead phone issues
• Data backup & restore
• Perform doorstep mobile repair services
• Maintain repair quality and ensure customer satisfaction
• Explain repair cost and issues clearly to customers
• Keep records of repaired devices and spare parts used
• Follow safety and data privacy guidelines

Required Skills

• Experience in mobile phone repairing (minimum 6 months preferred)
• Knowledge of Android & iPhone models
• Ability to use mobile repairing tools and machines
• Basic knowledge of software troubleshooting
• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
• Honest, responsible, and punctual

Qualification

• No formal degree required
• Mobile repairing course/certification is a plus

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience)
