Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in customers and guide them through product features and benefits.
Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable products.
Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are well-presented.
Manage billing, returns, and customer queries effectively.
Keep track of inventory and report daily sales activities.
Work as part of a team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in retail or mobile store sales.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong selling and negotiation skills.
Customer-centric attitude with a professional appearance.
Willingness to work flexible shifts and weekends.
