Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for mobile applications using
Appium
and
Java
.
Develop and maintain automation frameworks for Android and iOS platforms.
Perform cross-browser and web automation testing using
Selenium WebDriver
.
Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
Participate in requirement reviews, test planning, and sprint activities.
Conduct API testing using tools such as
Postman
or
RestAssured
.
Maintain test documentation including test cases, bug reports, and execution reports.
Ensure automation scripts are optimized for maintainability, reusability, and performance.
Identify opportunities for improving automation processes and overall QA efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree incomputer science,, Engineering, or related field.
6–12 years
of experience in test automation, particularly in mobile automation.
Strong hands-on experience with
Appium (Android & iOS)
.
Strong knowledge of
Java
for automation scripting.
Experience with
Selenium WebDriver
for web automation.
Experience with
TestNG / JUnit
frameworks.
Knowledge of mobile testing tools, simulators, and emulators.
Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
